Choose the right support route
Contact Vihar for account sign-in, creator listing problems, Vihar ID service errors, dashboard activity, privacy requests or abusive community content. Contact the game's studio for engine crashes, broken mechanics, missing checkpoints or its independently operated services.
If you are unsure, include the community listing URL so support can identify the game and its publisher. The Contact page lists Vihar's current support email. There is no guaranteed response time or live chat unless explicitly announced there.
Include enough information to reproduce the problem
- State the game name, community listing URL and the studio website where the problem happened.
- Describe what you expected, what happened and the shortest steps that reproduce it.
- Include your device, browser and version, plus the approximate time and timezone.
- Copy the visible error code, such as invalid_origin or save_conflict. Redact URL fragments and token-like strings.
- For a creator integration problem, include the public game ID and whether it is Direct play or Vihar ID mode. Do not send credentials.
Keep support reports safe
Never send passwords, email reset links, Firebase tokens, Vihar game tokens, authorization codes or a complete account export. Support does not need them to troubleshoot ordinary problems.
For suspected account takeover, reset access through your sign-in provider and disconnect affected games. For a deletion request, use the account email and let support guide any verification without sharing your password.
Report misleading listings or abuse
Include the exact listing or review, what is misleading or abusive, and any relevant context. Do not download a suspicious file to create more evidence. Publishers must have rights to their game and images, describe features accurately and respect player privacy.
