✳The useful details
A few ground rules.
A little clarity helps keep this a welcoming space to play.

Use Vihar respectfully, keep your account secure, and remember that early builds can change. Your rights under applicable law remain yours.
Using Vihar
These terms apply to the Vihar catalogue at https://vihar.online. By using it, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Children should use games with the guidance of a parent or guardian.
The catalogue helps you discover our games. Games are hosted separately and may provide additional instructions or terms. Read their descriptions, controls, and content information before playing.
Games and availability
Bap Ka Rasta is an early playable browser build. Features, device support, and availability may change, and bugs or interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device.
“Coming soon” and “In development” identify work that is not yet available to play. They are not release-date promises. Concept artwork expresses a visual direction and may differ from gameplay; actual screenshots are labelled separately. Community creators may link to downloadable games; availability and system requirements are provided by their hosts.
Sharing your game
Submit only games you own or have permission to share. You retain ownership of your game and authorize Vihar to display your submitted listing and link to your host. Keep titles, descriptions and download information accurate. Do not submit harmful downloads, deceptive links or infringing material. Players may post reviews of games they open through Vihar; do not impersonate players or manipulate feedback. Contact support to report a listing or review.
Your Vihar ID
Vihar ID is optional. Use an email address or Google account you control, keep your sign-in details private, and do not access another player’s account. A unique username can belong to only one player and is fixed once claimed. It is an identity, not a password or a tradeable asset. Do not impersonate people, claim to be Vihar staff, or use an abusive name or bio.
Your selected avatar, username, display name, bio, membership date and connected-game stats form your public profile. Send friend requests respectfully. Both players choose whether to connect, and either can remove the connection. Do not spam, harass, or use account features to bypass another person’s choices.
Game integrations will be added separately; creating an ID does not make current games save progress or add multiplayer. Scores and achievements must come from connected games, not player-edited account data. We may address abusive accounts or invalid records while respecting applicable rights. For corrections or account deletion, contact contact@vihar.online. The privacy notice explains data handling.
A respectful space
Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with another person’s access, overload the service, bypass access controls, distribute harmful code, or attempt to access information that is not yours.
Send support requests and feedback respectfully. Game depictions of driving, traffic, and collisions are fictional entertainment and must not be treated as real-world driving instruction.
Games, art, and ownership
Vihar’s branding, original games, code, writing, and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the website lets you browse and use the games as offered; it does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to redistribute, sell, or republish them.
Fonts, icons, libraries, and other third-party materials retain their own licences and credits. A public source repository is not itself a licence to reuse its contents. Any separate licence supplied with a particular asset or project controls its permitted use.
Other websites and services
Play links take you to a separate game address. Other links may take you to services such as GitHub. Those websites are responsible for their own services, policies, and availability. The privacy notice explains the distinction between the catalogue and independently hosted games.
Limitations and your rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the catalogue and early game builds are provided as available, without promises that they will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and taking sensible breaks while playing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory protections under applicable law take precedence.
Changes and contact
We may update the website, games, and these terms as the project develops. The date at the top records the most recent revision. Material changes will be described where relevant.
For questions about these terms, email contact@vihar.online. For technical help, start with Help & support or contact us.
